Thanks to the electronically operated swing bridge built at the mouth of the Stockalper Canal, and to the 3m draught, all types of boat can be accommodated in the
Marina’s private dock.

Moorings will be reserved exclusively for buyers of property in the residential area (“Magellan”, “Vasco da Gamma”, “Bougainville”, “La Perouse” and “Tasman”). They will be subject to a long (30-year) lease at preferential rates (prices currently being prepared).

The pontoons are made from an aluminium frame, with the walkways and floats being made from composite materials.

Boats are moored along the catways at right angles to the pontoons, without chains or buoys. The berths will be easily accessible and sheltered from wind and waves. Water, electricity and cable TV link-ups will be provided.
